Mojo Jojo is a prominent antagonist from the Cartoon Network animated series, The Powerpuff Girls. He first appeared in the show's pilot episode, "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins," though his backstory was later elaborated on in other episodes.

Mojo Jojo is a chimpanzee with a mutated, overly large brain housed in a protective helmet. He speaks in a verbose, repetitive manner. Formerly Professor Utonium's lab assistant named Jojo, he inadvertently caused the chemical explosion that created the Powerpuff Girls. The same explosion is implied to have also mutated Jojo into Mojo Jojo.

Consumed by jealousy and a desire for power, Mojo Jojo dedicates his life to destroying the Powerpuff Girls and taking over the city of Townsville. His plans are often elaborate and convoluted, ultimately foiled by the girls' superpowers and teamwork.
